Our experience managing multiple companies has taken us to hotels, restaurants, and venues nationwide, where dining with colleagues and clients is key. As kosher consumers, we often faced limited options or subpar meals.
To bridge this gap, we launched kosher individual meals that seamlessly integrate into any dining setting. Our diverse menu caters to various tastes, ensuring high-quality ingredients and top-notch service. More than just convenience, we aim to elevate kosher dining with thoughtfully prepared meals that enhance the overall experience—whether for business meetings, corporate events, or casual gatherings.

Established in 2017 by Shmuel Mashiach, Dimensions has curated an exceptional team of culinary chefs and production managers. Our primary emphasis at Dimensions is on service and quality. We proudly maintain a 100% kosher status, overseen by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (CRC) and are WBENC certified.

President
As president of Dimensions Kosher Catering, Sam brings 25 years of experience to Dimensions. As Founder of Eved Services, he built a company that became corporate America’s choice for event planning services. Sam’s deep relationships with the hotel industry and business savvy has helped Dimensions climb to new heights. Sam focuses on Dimension’s partnerships and venues, finding new opportunities around the Midwest to offer kosher food. Sam has a vision to bring the excellence of kosher catering by exceeding the expectations of every client Dimensions services.
YAEL MILOBSKY
CEO
Yael is our CEO, leading the company’s growth by strategizing and executing customer value propositions. She identifies new business opportunities and redesigns conventional methods to support future operating models. In 2023, Yael launched the airline meals program, expanding access to quality kosher dining. She continues to drive her vision of fresh, high-quality kosher meals in Chicago and beyond.
